Designed specifically for families, this course provides practical tools to help lower stress, build resilience, enjoy life and feel more balanced - whatever your age, at school or at home.
It can be adapted to suit children of all ages.
This 6 week course can be delivered to the whole family to learn together or to parents only if that is preferred.
As a care giver to an adult or child, you may feel that you always need to be the strong one but have little time and energy to look after yourself. Mindfulness and compassion is always available, even during care giving.
Step by step, learn to meet the difficult experience of being a carer with mindfulness, curiosity and kindness.
This 8 week course is available to groups and individuals, online or in person.
All women will experience menopause – natural or medical.
All women will experience a spectrum of symptoms.
Mindfulness with its associated qualities and underpinned by self care will equip you to nurture your mental health through this transition.
Not just for women, this 8 week course will show you how you can support yourself and help others to know how to support your needs.
