Teacher led Mindfulness and Compassion Training

I create and deliver a range of teacher led tasters, workshops, courses and private sessions about mindfulness and compassion to businesses, groups, clubs, charities and individuals. 

My sessions are structured, fact based, fun, interactive, relaxed and deliver immediate benefits.

By the end of any session, you will be able to practise a mindfulness meditation on your own to help you better manage stress.
