The business case for mindfulness is well researched and compelling:
Improved wellbeing and lower absenteeism = increased performance, productivity and innovation
Attract and retain top talent = reduced recruitment costs
Open and confident communication = removes the taboo of mental health
Informed, empathetic workforce = reputation for inclusivity
“I breathe and think about how to move forward constructively rather than brooding on what I should have done.”

I design and deliver teacher-led introductory courses to any teams who want to learn about mindfulness in an interactive way and maximise the benefits.
Taster sessions are available to any business who wants to find out what mindfulness is and see if it could work for them as part of their staff wellbeing strategy.
Bespoke workshops and courses can be tailored to business need or themed awareness days.
My mindfulness training is mainly delivered in group sessions but 1:1 support is also available as part of an individual learning plan.
Teaching is delivered online or in person and can be recorded.
As well as suggesting measures for success, I can review existing policies and guidelines and make suggestions for improvements or help you to create new ones that support a mindful workplace.
By the end of our partnership, my aim is that your business will be able to continue to practise and embed mindfulness independently.
“It has helped me to take a step back and look at workloads, prioritise and work on one task rather than rushing into something and panicking/not performing to my best level.”
