I design and deliver teacher-led introductory courses to any teams who want to learn about mindfulness in an interactive way and maximise the benefits. 

As well as suggesting measures for success, I can review existing policies and guidelines and make suggestions for improvements or help you to create new ones that support a mindful workplace.

By the end of our partnership, my aim is that your business will be able to continue to practise and embed mindfulness independently.
