Join me for an introductory session to find out more about mindfulness and how it can help us navigate the ups and downs of life with greater ease. 

The best way to do this is to try a meditation.

Along with a brief introduction to mindfulness, my taster session includes a short guided formal practice followed by a little reflection to share our experience and ask questions.  In this way, we come to understand the qualities of mindfulness and consider whether it is right for us.  

The session will take place live online so you can attend from the comfort of your own home. No special equipment is needed; just you, a quiet space, an open mind and a pebble.
