Relate the benefits of mindfulness to the personal health and wellbeing of employees, not just the business.
Apply mindfulness to existing work practices like taking a breathing space before meetings, emailing in a more mindful way and ensuring lunch breaks are taken.
Support regular individual or group practice with drop in sessions, a quiet place to practise and sending encouraging emails
Create a bespoke intranet page/portal that can be easily found and accessed by employees, and promoted on an ongoing basis.
Display visual hints and cues like posters and laminated reminder cards.
Hold question and answer sessions to share insight across teams and employees at different stages in their mindfulness journey.
