Choose some chocolate - either a type that you've never tried before or one that you have not eaten recently. Then allow yourself to notice the aroma, shape, different tastes...
Find a small decoration, pebble or button. Allow yourself to get comfortable, notice your breathing. Then try the following exercise to discover your beginner's mind.
