I offer a range of workshops that can stand alone or be bundled together to form a longer course. In this way, you can pay as you go as well as design a course that meets your needs.
Each workshop focuses on a different theme and includes two different styles of practice (one short, one longer) and reflection. Please scroll down to see the list of possible topics and pratices.
Notes and practice recordings or scripts are emailed afterwards.
Workshops can be group sessions or individual.
Unless agreed otherwise, they will take place live online via Zoom so you can attend from the comfort of your own home. No special equipment is needed, just you, a quiet space and an open mind.
Please contact me for an up to date copy of my timetable and prices.
Please don't let cost be a barrier. Discounted places are available to those experiencing financial difficulty.
